Review Summary: decent, but....
Review: The complexity in which Charlaine Harris's books had seem to be lacking in "From Dead To Worse." Althought, it's 300-something pages, it seemed a bit light. However, I was happy about the end of the story when a new character was introduced. I'm sure Mrs. Harris will have a great time conjuring more complex storylines for this younger character.
Other than that, I can't complain about the book and can't wait for the next one.

Review Summary: Who's Dead
Review: FROM DEAD TO WORSE is my first Sookie Stackhouse paranormal mystery, but it won't be my last.
What fun! A great read, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Review Summary: From Dead to Worse
Review: As with the previous seven Sookie Stackhouse novels, this is also a "page-turner". Once I start, I literally can't put it down. Things are heating up between Sookie and Eric, and I do wish they would get together again. Maybe the new book due out in May will fulfill my wishes in this regard. As for Bill, it's easy to feel sorry for him (and for Quinn, too), but I think in the end, Eric and Sookie are the true soul mates, even if Eric won't admit it. Try it, you'll like it. But start at the beginning with "Dead Until Dark."
